Maxville Public School is a rural school of 100 students nestled in the town of Maxville in the North Glengarry County. The majority of the students are bussed to school. Maxville serves children from junior kindergarten to grade six, offering a Core French program.
The school has a very active School Council and volunteer base who actively support all initiatives at Maxville Public School. The school was built in 1960. Many of our former students are now staff members and parents at our school. We have strong community ties with our families and community partners.
The school is connected to its Scottish heritage and we celebrate all things tartan. The Maxville Moose is our school mascot and logo, and was created to represent Maxville at sporting events wearing a kilt.
We respect the individual learning styles and strengths of all of our learners, and tailor our teaching to meet the needs of all!
Our doors are always open to welcome you and your family. Please drop by and visit us!
